Therapeutic Riding (TR)
2021 THERAPEUTIC RIDING SESSIONS ARE FULL, WAITLIST ONLY
Our therapeutic riding program enhances the lives of individuals with special needs through the process of teaching them basic riding skills. This contributes positively to the riders' cognitive, physical, emotional and social development.
Programs are taught by a PATHintl TR Instructor.
Safety is our main goal, and we have trained volunteers that lead the horse, as well as side-walkers on each side of the rider, keeping focused on allowing them as much independence as possible. We are committed to providing safe, quality programs for children, youth, and adults with special needs.
Clothing requirements consist of long pants, a heeled shoe / boot. We supply helmets for our riders.
