Local Support at Walmart Grand Re-opening

Community spirit was in full gallop on Friday, April 24, 2026, as the Bethel Park Walmart at 5055 Library Road officially unveiled its extensive store remodel. Amidst a morning of music, giveaways, and a ceremonial ribbon-cutting, one of the highlights of the celebration was a generous $1,000 donation presented to Horses with Hope.

This contribution underscores a shared commitment to the South Hills community. As a non-profit dedicated to improving the lives of individuals through therapeutic equine programs, Horses with Hope will utilize these funds to continue providing vital services and care for their therapy horses.

Neighbors Helping Neighbors

The $1,000 gift to Horses with Hope was one of six gifts to local organizations and highlights Walmart’s effort to give back to make the Pittsburgh region a better place to live.
